Hi, I have 18th edition and AM2 but not NVQ3. Due to the changes with the ECS card it won't allow me to renew my card unless I take another H&S course (I already have a current one). I took one on line with ECS yesterday but now they are saying it was not the correct one and I need to take a different one to get my card. I am confused and wondered if anyone can advise what I should do as ECS are no help whatsover. I need to do an online course asap. Any advice would be welcome. Thanks
