If anyone requires information on the instrumentation side of the Electrical game and RS Logix PLC info. I would be more than happy to help.
Offered a few times information on PLCs and Control systems, never had much of a response.
Good to know someone else on here with PLC knowledge.
FYI,
I am s7 plc fluent.
Also logo plc for simple sruff
The Rs logix
Is that the one that looks like a knock off siemens logo?
Logix 500/5000 Studio 5000 is Rockwells equivalent to Siemens S5/S7/ TIA portal.
You are referring to the Micro 800, that uses CCW to program that looks like a logo. (Actually a little bit superior to it, an the software is free).
Thanks, I’ve never dealt with Rockwell equipment.
But I’m going to buy one of the micro 800 units to test, now you have said it’s a bit better.
Morning All, I'm new to the trade and new to the forum. I'm attempting to post a new thread to join the trainee section but see this message when following the links in this thread:
You have insufficient privileges to post threads here.
Can anyone advise?
Thanks.

I am wondering if maybe there should be a forum section for you girls, kind of like the arms but with a more biological entry requirement.
“The powder room?”

Can’t women discuss engines and beards?
I thought that in today’s society everything had to be inclusive... no “men only” or “women only” areas...
??

I'm gonna stop now because if I don't, we'll be talking about Geordie and Irish men and their accents.
